Issue with listing variations

Hi Scott,

I'm having an issue with the listing variations.

For example, this item's variations show up fine on Etsy but are getting scrambled on the site:

The list should read 25-50, sequentially.

    Hi Rachel,

    Thanks for reaching out. Strangely enough, it looks like that's how Etsy is sending the variations data to us. I'll definitely have it looked into and fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, if it's only affecting a small number of listings, a workaround would be to use the word "inches" in the variations rather than the quotation marks (for example, "50 inches"), or to just use numbers in the variations and change the variation description to "Rib circumference (inches)".

    Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get this sorted out as soon as we can!

    Thanks scott! I've taken out the punctuation on Etsy, but I think it still
    needs to update.

    Hello, I’m having issue with my craftlaunch site today.

    I had my Etsy shop on vacation, and when I took it off vacation a few days
    ago, my website still has not updated. I already pressed the button to
    manually refresh the listings, but it has made no difference.

     Please let me know if there’s anything you can do on your end. Thank you

    Hey there,

     Just a quick question.

     I have a video that I want to add to my homepage. Is there any way to
    change the format so that it could be centered (have one text block instead
    of two), or in the scrolling banner section at the top?

    I noticed on mobile that the sites don’t display the home page text - is
    this something that can be changed ?

    Hi Rachel,

    Sorry for the delay. There is no setting currently that will display text on the mobile site -- it's more of a design issue than anything else, to ensure that the site displays well on a wide range of mobile devices. If you have a time-sensitive promotion that you want to ensure your mobile shoppers can see, we recommend adding it to one of your banner images for now.

     My cutomers have been getting the following error with the capcha on the
    contact page. Do you know why this is happening?

    Hi Rachel,

    Still working on upgrading our Captcha service. In the meantime, you can
    turn it off entirely by going to Pages -> Contact -> Edit in your control
    panel and unchecking "Use Re-Captcha to help prevent spam".
